I've been using Digitalab since they were based in Sandyford which must be over twenty years ago! There's a reason for that: they are consistently faultless. The customer service is second to none and the quality of the printing is literally world class. Digitalab is as good as it gets. I always look forward to that 'Wow!' moment whenever I pick up my prints.

Now i have seen the light !! What a fabulous morning with Nik ,taking advantage of his skill and expertise regarding framing styles and paper options.
I had some ideas and I knew that Digitalab was the right company for my work , but those nagging concerns on choice kept bugging me ! All issues put to rest once Nik produced an amazing selection of samples. The quality and craftsmanship of this company was never in doubt, but knowing how to complete a final product is not so easy, and I am very much in debt to the knowledge and - very importantly - patience that Nik shared with me. My excitement and optimism for the future is now a 100% greater !

This is the first time ordering from digitalab.
I needed some mounted prints for an exhibit and decided to try these guys out at the recommendation of some acquaintances.
Using the website was pretty easy, they have several options on there for mounted prints. I would have loved it if they had videos or better images with examples of the mounts so I can get a better visual idea of how they looked. This time around the description was enough for me to be able to pick what I needed. I went for foam board mounted prints 5mm. The order took a bit longer than expected and what I was initially told over the phone at first inquiry. I called digitalab to inquiry when they would be finished and was told the date, which was a bit too late for me. Inquired if there is a way to get it finished quicker and was told I will get a call back with the answer. I received an email after the weekend, and was told that they would be finished the following day. As promised the prints were done in time and when I went to pick them up my little heart nearly exploded. They were absolutely stunning. I'm honestly bummed out I didn't order more. The mount is sturdy but light, it looks absolutely amazing up on the wall, the colours were stunning and at this point I want to print all my photos with them and cover all my walls 😅.
The customer service was amazing. My problem was fixed quickly.
I'm bummed out that you guys moved so far away but that won't stop me from using your services.

I had booked an appointment with Nik from Digitalab to view some products as I am in the very early stages of setting up my business. The service was excellent from start to finish. I was half expecting to feel even more confused after seeing products but he really took the time to explain things and show me the difference between different options/upgrades!

Extremely pleased with the print I received. Never used this company before and wanted a highly detailed large scale print of my work, and was impressed with the outcomes other people have had. I've had prints in the past from other companies which looked no different to just printing an image out on a standard inkjet printer, but I was not disappointed by the product. The colours were on point, the detail was there and it was posted relatively quickly 👍
