Just been for a set of chest of drawers on click and collect. Ordered to the wrong store the lady think it was Zoe,looked to see if in there store got me a trolley and arranged for someone to help me.
When I got there two men were waiting helped with the whole process and put it on my car.

Went in, bought my stone, drive home. Drat wrong stone silly me. Logged online checked stock availability of the correct stone. Drive back and exchanged as quick as can be. Well impressed.
Now to lay the stone in my garden steps. 🙂

Great store with a wide range of DIY and home improvement products. However, the heavy focus on self-checkout can be frustrating. At times, long queues form at the staffed checkout, while employees stand nearby encouraging self-service instead of opening another till. Customers should have the right to choose how they are served. Improving this would make the shopping experience much better!

Shocking service from a click and collect order, showing more than 5 in stock. To get an email saying I could go and collect to being instantly called saying they had none in stock and would just refund me. I will never use this disgrace of a merchant again if they cannot even count available stock it seems a push to then consider trusting the quality of the products they can or more likely cannot provide a customer.

Called in today to buy Valspar paint on 3 for 2
Asked to match colours from Dulux natural hessian and nut meg white and farrow and ball French grey ,mix the French grey and was asked why am I mixing dulux colours when I can get them off the shelf or if you want dulux colours mixed go to dulux and get them,to which I replied I want valspar to match them as it was 3 for 2 ,told can’t do that ,what a rude man !
