Staff are miserable bordering on rude, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience. Food is average used to be much better. Won’t be going in again!

Card was not working and the kind lady gave me 4 steak bakes to pay on Friday when I was back , we had a long day working on site till 9pm and without this kind gesture I don't think we'd have got though the day

Also the quality of the pies, bakes and sandwiches are second to none
