Subject: Smooth and Efficient Experience at the Polish Consulate in Manchester

I had a fantastic experience at the Polish Consulate in Manchester. The online appointment system made booking easy, and upon arrival, the security team was welcoming. I barely waited five minutes before meeting with the consular officer, who was both professional and helpful in guiding me through the process. While UK prices are naturally higher, I felt the cost was fair. Seeing the Polish flag flying proudly and the modern facility filled me with pride.

My only suggestion for the Foreign Ministry would be to explore online application renewals where possible. I understand the security concerns, but it could further streamline the already excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend the Polish Consulate in Manchester!

Ref. Booking system ... read a lot of bad comments about booking online system and to be honest it did scare me a lot but managed to get an appointment after 3rd or 4th attempt so not sure If I was lucky or pepole just give up to easily and as per usual blame the entire world. Don't give in please and keep believing...

Another visit to this place as i had to sort something and again treat in perfect polish attitude with so much hate and feel im the boss. It turned out when asked she couldn't answer The simple question and didn't even attempt to find out. If you want to be treated in Polish office style this is the place . Wish they learn but thats just a dream

The only polite people working in the consulate seems to be the gentleman's working at the security

Wpuszczają do budynku znacznie wcześniej przed umówioną godziną wizyty przez co nie musiałem długo czekać na załatwienie sprawy, wystarczy wydrukować bilecik i poczekać chwilę na swoją kolejkę ale nie trzeba stać w kolejce. Dojazd autem bardzo dobry, w okolicy znajdują się chyba dwa parkingi, ja parkowałem przy chińskiej dzielnicy i jedynie 3 minuty trzeba aby stamtąd dość pieszo do konsulatu.

Byłem bardzo niechętnie nastawiony do wizyty po przeczytaniu komentarzy i okropnego systemu umawiania spotkań. Doświadczenie bardzo przyjemne, od panów z ochrony zagadujących przy wejściu po świetną poczekalnię i toaletę, a nawet pokój zabaw dla dzieci. Odebrałem numerek i nie czekałem nawet 5min na swoją kolej. Pan Paweł był bardzo pomocny i złożenie wniosku o paszport było ekspresowe - kolejne 5 minut. Poczekalnia była wypełniona interesantami, którzy non-stop wychodzili i wchodzili. Teraz rozumiem skąd taki system umawiania spotkań Nie wyobrażam sobie jak by mieli prowadzić jeszcze infolinię, i bez tego mają ręce pełne roboty.
