Booked an appointment for someone to come around and quote, and my whole day was planned around it, but no one came. No one phoned to cancel or anything and no one got in touch afterwards to explain. Also no one replied to my email. Shockingly bad service.

Do not use, dreadful customer service and appalling installation, left guttering problem worse than before. No quality control or pride in work they do any trying to get them to fix it has been a living nightmare. AVOID

The product itself is solid (triple glazed window units) but the installation process was painful and damage was caused to my property.

The main issue was that the windows were not properly fitted and sealed, so they funneled water into my wall, causing damage.
The installers also broke a whole bunch of roof slates during install leaving me with leaks and an emergency repair bill.

Aside from that, half of the time installers were sent round without having been told the details of the job, installations were scheduled for way less time than they actually took, jobs were left half finished or botched (gaps between sashes and frames, slapdash trims).

You expect that by paying the premium for a national company with a (completely undeserved) reputation, you'd avoid some of these issues, but no. You'd be best off finding a decent local installer and smaller manufacturer.
