Absolutely disgusting!
Shannon was absolutely a vile of a human argued continuously, even though the facts where physically there in front of her!
Lisa the supposed manager was disrespectful disgusting and out of control! Have no idea how this so called Lisa got a position as a management. She couldn’t even control her behaviour. Felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Never shop at this store again!
After this I went to Ashton store near ikea. I can not tell you how amazing thier staff and management are! Absolutely polite, HELPFUL, understanding and quick to get to a resolution! Absolute GEMS ASHTON TEAM!

Rude staff.
Ignored by one member of staff when queuing at the till, she just walked off yawning and left us standing there. Had attract another member of staff who was equally as rude with bad attitude

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
purchased a Bluetooth device for my car instore when to my far and plugged it in to find it doesn't work. So went back in the shop to return. They told me I can't have a refund because I purchased it ages ago even though my receipt said I was in the shop 10 minutes ago. They said I'm lying and resorted to bitching about me to eachother and staring at me until I left. Utterly disgraceful

1 star is too kind for the kind of customer service I received from Argos elk mill, oldham. The lady working at the collection was so rude and told her colleague to pack the stuff I tried to return with the worst voice tone in-front of other customers and she was glaring at me.I felt humiliated , she didn’t care I was upset and I spoke nicely,but I guess some people that work there were just racist and have no manners and patience. Customer service in this place overall is the worst and the return Argos policy is absolutely ridiculous.

Jus bought 3 TV no one in store offered to help carry the TV in to car staff seemed not bothered wake up all u have to do offer your help it doesn't cost u anything really poor customer service I really hope the manager sees my review and takes action!!

I am not sure about the names of the two employees. Basically, I came in the store with my son who has cerebral palsy and other learning difficulties.
Initially, I browsed the product it was easy to use for my son because of the level of the machine installed and good browsing speed. It was very interesting experience for my son use pencil and writing the catalogue number.
We went towards the counter to place the order. An employee was already serving the customer. Someone quickly jumped on the counter to serve. We did not had to wait. I let my son to take the lead to place the order. Staff was very friendly, She interacted with my son asking about his new scooter. My son asked to show the order on the checkout screen to ensure he is getting the correct product. There wasn't this option on the screen, She used mobile to show him the picture of the product to ensure he is happy and getting the right product that he wanted. Receipt was a bit confusing for my son. He asked several times about the order number and she answered as many times without getting frustrated in very polite manner with smile.
We waited less than a minute to collect our order. Again, the girl at the collection point was very humble and friendly. Instead of stamping the Received stamp by her. She gave the stamp to my son to stamp on the receipt and asked interactive questions about his new scooter.
I am very happy with the staff level of customer services and understanding of staff to slow down with the people with diverse need.
