I've recently purchased the Birlea Woburn king size bed in oak. The bed was easy to put together and was completed quickly. Overall I am pleased with the look of the bed and it seems solid. No one has yet slept on it as it has been purchased for a guest bedroom but I'm hoping its as good as it looks. There is also reasonable clearance under the bed, which we required for storage. Delivery was also good as advised, and the delivery men courteous and respectful of our property.

Purchased a Croxley wardrobe from very. Quick delivery and good service from Very but the product is such poor quality, hugely difficult to assemble with many of the screws labelled wrong, some missing, incorrect lettering of parts in the instruction booklet. Really disappointing!

Ordered a coffee table what I thought would be light oak from them via Debenhams, came walnut colour, more legs than the picture advertised and even different size and shape. Had such an issue trying to get them to even facilitate a return that I had to threaten trading standards as well as disputing the payment with my bank! Ordered end of Jan only been able to return it today!

Absolute rubbish company and if I could, I would give them 0 stars. I'm going to trading standards due to the absolute rubbish build and not fit for purpose, stay away from this company.

I have already confirmed everything on Trust Pilot and your management have been sent the videos of my bed that has fallen apart. Your company isn't bothered about its customers, your response on Trust Pilot advised that I had to delete names mentioned in my review, you have never tried to contact me to resolve the issue. That's why your business is rated in the lowest 20%.

Birlea excellent delivery times solid stylish bed frame. Delivery guy helped to get bed packages up to bedroom, without being asked.
Would definitely purchase again.

Ordered 4 poster bed via Debenhams. Said 5-7 days delivery. Took weeks, then finally after 4 weeks they delivered one box containing just bed slats…no bed. Despite contacting Birlea a number of times I’ve not received a resolution. I’m now awaiting refund. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

I bought the phoenix ottoman bed and I have had endless trouble with it in terms of its quality. First the screws went through the wood. I was sent a new bed, paid twice to have it put together. A few months later the bed was stuck when opened and the metal bars broke. Was sent some spare parts. Fitted them and the hydraulic thing still stuck giving me issues. The instructions and video were totally useless. Long story short the bed is broken again and in total has had 4 months of use. Waist of time and money and added stress. The quality is very poor. Looks lovely but terrible in terms of putting together and quality.

I have read through the reviews and totally agree with the 1 star reviews. Please stay clear of beds from this company as the quality is very bad and customer service very contradictory. My special needs child only slept on the bed for one night and the headboard snapped. Contacted retailer and manufacturer back and forth for my refund but keep getting contradictory information. I have now decided to contact the CEO of the retailer in order to see if care for customers ( especially special needs children) really is important as advertised in the media.
