Customer service is non existent. Have emailed them multiple times trying to get a quote and no reply. Even called them a few times and every time they said they've apparently not received my email, and then they asked me to send them the email again whilst on the call, and that time they said they received it and that they would reply, and it's been 3 days now and still no response. Pointless trying to work with these people because they just don't care. Would give them zero stars if I could

UPDATE: the company sent me an email "apologising" for their mistakes and trying to salvage the situation. They again gave me false promises of looking into what I wanted to get made and giving me quotes for prices and they didn't even get back to me again

These guys are just empty words and empty promises. Don't fall for their lies !
