Very rarely do I leave a review but was very disappointed by my experience. Applied for a position. Received an email saying I had been shortlisted and to phone a named consultant.
I duly phoned and spoke to one of their colleagues. They informed me I would be phoned back. This never happened. Waited another two days and emailed the consultant.
Two days later nothing. Why is it so difficult to communicate with a candidate particularly one that has been supposedly shortlisted. If things change let the client know instead of just ignoring them.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Gordon was extremely professional and proactive and did everything possible to give me the best chance of getting the job. He acted more like a coach than simply a middle man and had some very useful suggestions for how to go the extra mile. Genuinely surpassed all expectations.
