I had a very positive experience with this company. One of their drivers stopped to help me after I was nearly knocked of my bike by a dangerous driver. The driver is a credit to himself and his company. The office staff were also very helpful and took me seriously when I asked them if they would help me further the possible resulting investigation. I would like to add previously to this I have actually noticed Westminster Waste lorries for looking road worthy and in general good shape. I would go out of my way to recommend them Westminster Waste. So a big thank you from me.

Terrible customer service. Beware as they do not stipulate pick up date upon purchase of the skip, then try to take it back without agreement. When spoken to on the phone, they will accuse you of swearing at them and put the phone down on you. Will then refuse to give audio proof or transcripts of conversation as per GDPR guidelines these should be readily available when requested. Unhelpful and unprofessional!

I was nearly run off the road by one of the members of the team on the 29 september 2020 in charlton. He was aggressive and unprofessional. Countless flashes of his high beams, revving of his pickup truck and driving at an unsafe distance while i had a child in the car. At a set of traffic lights he stated i was driving too slow and i should be driving faster. I was doing 30mph in a 30 mph zone. Poor excuse for utter reckless acts. The male was unbelievably unprofessional as the logo was plastered all over his pick up and he showed a serious lack of moral standards. I was shocked and shaken by the evenings events as someone from Westminster waste LTD was more worried about overtaking me than two peoples lives. Oh yeah i forgot... playing with your phone at a set of traffic lights is illegal.

Had two 8 yard skips from Westminster Waste. Both the drivers and the people in the office were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Competitively priced, sorted the permit themselves without a surcharge and both delivery and collection of the skips were done in a swift, efficient manner. Will use again if required
