My experience with them not Helpful at all.
I did call you to help me to fix my van
The answer was Negative.

So my understanding is you have to have £140.000 pounds to be able to do business with them.
They believe we all have Fleet of vans and tens of business during the season
They should help Small business like me
Very very disappointed with them
But this not the case. I'm happy to be contacted for further feedback.

Fantastic Service from all the team. I called in on spec and thought I'd chance my arm. It was the day after bank holiday so I expected them to be ram jam full and they were but still they made time for me and my problem. Got the machine working again, did a couple of other jobs and got me on my way within 1.5 hrs. This company offers good old fashioned service where the customer comes first and they understand business must go on. All at a fair price.

I still rave about whitby morrison , after having my van built 13 years ago it is still an amazing van . The only down side to this for them is i dont need to buy a new one Thanks to the quality the put into there vans .

Have had a few technical questions with regards to the van I work in built by whitby morrison and I can say hand on heart they are the most helpful and polite people. They have talked through everything I need to know on the phone and avoiding any unnecessary cost to us through not knowing what was wrong/needed. Would highly recommend technical team 👍
