Sound place, easy to follow instructions at self service desk. Office very helpful and goods in team were spot on. Quick tip, a bit of waiting for pods, but gives you time to have a break while waiting.

GOODS IN -
Take your own loo roll as there’s never any here. The ONE cubical they do have seems to never be cleaned! And it took them almost 6 weeks to replace a light bulb so you could see.
Staff are friendly enough though, and providing you go in with a positive attitude, everything is done fairly smoothly. Just listen and do what they say.
Vending machines in goods out are CARD ONLY with no signs saying they don’t accept cash. You sink a quid into it, machine swallows it, mentioned it to a bloke at goods in and all I got was “they don’t take cash, they’re not our machines” I asked where the signs are to say cash not accepted as the coin slot is still there, usually if it’s not working it’ll spit it back out, nope, it swallows it. All I got was, again, “not my problem, it our machines”

Drove in circles a bit trying to find it, but you have to drive up through the no through road signs. No lidl this way signs or anything.

Once you’re in the park, it’s like the modern Lidls where you put your details into the iPad and it texts a bay number to your phone. Paperwork into the office.

The driver waiting room is quite comfortable and fancy. 5 stars for that, and 2 stars for waiting paperwork, it's taking much time in the middle of the week.
