Brilliant. I turned up at 10 minutes to closing time, only too be told I could only do 'click and collect.' However the young man who worked there said he would get the item for me while I ordered it on my phone and within 5 minutes I was on my way with my purchase. This is what I call service. Thanks very much.

Friendly and very helpful staff, nothing to much effort and they go out of their way to help you find what you need or a similar alternative just as good if they haven't got the exact item you want/need or aren't sure what it is you need for a certain task/job. Reasonable prices, closeby to me on foot, saves me often the further inconvenience of time trekking over to B&Q when I don't have the time or want to waste that time. It is in a good location on Macon Way and there are places around to park for drivers, a small car park available on opposite side of road on Macon Meadows just a very short walk away.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had to return parts of a large order and they were very helpful. Prices can sometimes be found cheaper elsewhere buts that's the same with everything. Will definitely use again as the staff I dealt with obviously cared about customer service.

My local Screwfix is conveniently located, always well stocked and on the rare occasion can be ordered in for the next day. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Most items are competitively priced. My research is mostly done online prior to visiting the store which saves time.

Fantastic service and very good staff. Went in to collect some goods today and return one unused item for credit, by the time I returned home credit note had been issued and money returned to my bank, exceptional service Thank you Crewe team.
