Went in today one lady on the till trying to serve and keep and an on people walking in the shop whilst other members of staff where chatting a lad walked out of the back looked to see how busy it was and disappeared again That lady on the till needs 5* but the rest of the staff need less

I put off leaving this review because it seemed daft at first, but now I think they could really do with the feedback.

It has nothing to do with the staff and everything to do with the store itself. There is at least a 2-3 minute queue everytime I visit which isn't usually something to complain about but for a convenience store, it is. Sometimes there's no one at the till, other times people drop off and pick up parcels which means the person at the till has to do even more and the flow of customers is just very slow.

I just wanted to pick up something for work this morning, but because of all this me (and another customer) just had to walk back out.

Pretty decent little store but not the best with a buggy, I've taken out a few displays and been on the receiving end of head shakes and tutting from pensioners when I've blocked an aisle.
