Ensuite Shower

Very good sales team and Julia and Eve were excellent. Our installation finished in good time as well. So 5 stars to the team definitely.

However we noticed issue with flooring around 12 months after installation and we noticed floor tiles were uneven and because of this 3 tiles broke. After a few visits by the installation team we are no way forward and have got this response.

"Now that there has been over 6 months since the install was finished and with evidence of us attempting to rectify the issue, it will require a burden of proof from a site report to evidence that there is a workmanship fault at play leading to the issues with the tile rather than an outlying factor contributing."

This is something we feel is important for everyone to know before they consider a project like ours and be mindful.
Maybe its unfortunate for us and its one off but we feel gutted after spending 10k and not finding a good solution for a probably minor issue and having to get this rectified by ourselves. Costing us extra to get a site report and going back and forth with this problem. This is just under 2 years since installation was complete.
