A small b and q, has got most things
Free car park, up to 2 hours.
However the car park is tiered and getting heavy stuff up the ramp can be difficult.

This is just to say a huge thank you to Ryan and Dec from Talke Pits B and Q, who went several extra miles when I came in asking for a discontinued charger to keep my McAllister screwdriver charging. My company teaches plumbing workshops to kids and without their help thirty ten-year-old children would have been without tools tomorrow.

Dec searched high and low for the one remaining charger for a McAllister screwdriver (they’re now micro USB but I needed the old barrel type for my eight screwdrivers) until Ryan had the bright idea of checking INSIDE the power tool display. Lo and behold the right type was found and now I can teach my class.

Thank you so much B and Q, these guys really pushed the boat out for me, and kept our B and Q purchases running a little longer. Much appreciated from me and the kids!

Needs a revamp and staff were harassed and unhappy. Management team need to think about how this affects customer service. Buy them all an ice cream for goodness sake! Your company can afford it.
Gosh, left that review a few years ago in a heat wave. I'd say it's improved since then, got a smile out of staff today, though it was a bit quiet on a Tuesday afternoon in the rain, so they had more time. Managed to get everything I wanted too, which is always the best test of any shop.

My father can't stop expressing how much he liked this store. Most stores avoid him and never ask if he needs help because he always goes in with his clothes covered in paint and dust etc. He only wears his nice clothes for family gatherings 😂
But he went today to this store for the first time and he got asked by a lovely lady if he wanted any help.
Thank you for making my dads day!!
