Warehouse is well stocked always got what we need and can accommodate even when we put big orders in last minute! Needless to say tru plastics is our main use for any building products. Friendly staff and great management. Thanks to kieran and the team.

Had an account with Tru seal Langley mill branch for nearly 2 years now , manager Kieren goes above and beyond in his duties to provide a top class service, can send multiple orders in to be delivered on different dates not a problem for Kieren all sorted efficiently and delivered on time every time, prices good and service exceptional if you’ve not used them before give them a try you’ll not be disappointed, thanks again for a great service.John and Scott (magenta fascia services)

Absolutely appalling service. Very poor craftsmanship. The owner of the company has no experience with UPVC double glazing and has no idea about fitting windows. I have been waiting over 6 months now to have a job put right

Our complete service too was appalling. The door didn't fit, and could only be closed slamming using brute force . The fitter was so very rude told me I was shutting it wrong. !! The draft excluder fell off . The wind howls through the gaps in it in winter . It just doesn't fit . The windows and sealant went mouldy . All need replacing again, by a proper company that dosent do a shoddy third rate job. Reported several times but nothing was ever put right . Never ever got fensa certificate, despite asking about five times . I would not recommend. The quality of the windows and doors , fitting and customer service was zero .

We have reclad the whole of our outbuildings using their pvc cladding and never had a problem, good quality and measurements exact ... very happy with them
