From start to finish, my experience with Verisure has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we agreed on the price, everything was handled swiftly and professionally—installation was carried at a time that suited me! Sinna made a great assessment of the best position for cameras and sensors leading to a security system giving me all that I would demand of the installation.

A huge thank you to Sinna sales rep and technician, he was incredibly helpful and informative, Sinna carried out the installation with great care and efficiency. He was very friendly, professional, and made the entire process seamless.

The customer service I received was second to none—Verisure has truly gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I feel so much safer now and secure in my new home.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Verisure alarm system to anyone considering a home alarm system. Their speed, service, and professionalism really set them apart.

Not even NSI or or SSAIB regulated. These alarms are not good enough if you get broken in to and want to claim on your house insurance....
Nomother company will quote and install 30mins later. It's a joke.

Verisure install January 2024 - it was not installed correctly and they finally sent an engineer out 28.02.24 who confirmed that the alarm to the back door has never worked as it was installed incorrectly. It is impossible to get anyone form Verisure to call back as I had paid for a service I did not receive and should be compensated for this. I will not be using Verisure for my other property and will not be recommending at all
