Ordered Fiona TV stand direct from Decortie, then a bathroom storage cupboard and sideboard again direct from Decortie and a matching larger sideboard from B&Q all arrived within 2-3 days of ordering. Very good quality furniture with clear assembly instructions. Love the designs of this furniture. Highly recommended.

Excellent tv unit.

I ordered via B&Q and the stated wait time for delivery was 45 working days.

When it arrived I was very happy with the packaging, it was strong and secure.

This was the Fiona 180cm tv unit that goes great with my 75 inch TV.
my virgin box and my ps5 both fit on the middle shelf.

Quality is great, feels very sturdy.

Awful customer service! Sent a damaged, faulty item and fight you for not returning or refunding. Selling on B&Q and giving them a bad name with such poor customer service. Frustrating to get hold of anyone or have the issue resolved, AVOID AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

I ordered a Decortie Muju C side table in Anthracite through The Range at the start of February...still waiting for it 5 months later because of error made by delivery company XDP who apparently lost the product. XDP were useless so I phoned The Range who has been struggling to get replies to their emails to Decortie so it looks like my money is lost.

Horrendous experience

One of the 2 items ordered (26/11) had a 2 week lead time. After 3 weeks called to chase and was told it was arriving with Decortie the next day and I'd get it the day after... Nothing!

Repeat this phone call multiple times for nearly 2 months, when someone actually answered the phone, was given the same same story its coming in tomorrow be with you shortly.

Resorted to filling a charge back via my credit card company to recover my money, as unable to get through by phone.

Update 01/02/19, the 2nd part has finally been delivered.
Whilst I appreciate there may valid reasons for a delay, 2 months combined with absolutely zero communication from Decrotie unless I called them. Only for EVERY promised delivery date not to be met.
