I really cant rate Helen & Ash high enough. We came to them not really sure what we were after and with a tight deadline. Not only did they turn things around really fast, they went above & beyond our expectations! The pos they have made for us looks beautiful and we have had so many customers comment on how it looks. 10/10 for service & quality

Absolutely terrible customer service.
I should have listened to the customer reviews. If you want to get anything from these guys you better off buy it from china which would last you longer.
I paid over £700 for these and they didn’t even last me a month when I asked for a replacement they said it was my fault.
What a shame. First of all they took 2 months to send me what I ordered and I waited thinking it is worth it. But if you want to save time and money then avoid at any cost

Terrible customer service ever!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON UK POS!!!!!!

I've ordered some materials and they delivered wrong items.
My customer complained about it, and they didn't resend the right materials. So, I lost money with this company.

It should be A1 size and they delivered A4 size.

Until this week, I would have recommended UK POS to anyone needing their supplies, however, this is now, no longer the case. We ordered a delivery of items last week (x37 in total) of an acrylic leaflet holders and x10 of them arrived broken last Friday. However, because we didn't report this until after the weekend UK Pos will not refund these and I have had to pay for another 10 items plus 10 individual deliveries again so this has left me totally out of pocket and left quite a sour taste. I am going to push this issue further but I think their decision is made (its all in the t's & c's which unfortunately don't take common sense into account). Whilst I am not a massive customer, I am a very loyal one but I now feel that this really doesn't stand for anything which is disappointing after being a UK POS customer since my companies inception back in 2006.

I am very disappointed with the response I have received from this company. I have been trading with them for many years, and would have expected to receive the benefit of the doubt in this instance. Here is what happened:

I received a perfectly packed box with no damage whatsoever to the packaging, containing 3 acrylic A Board leaflet dispensers. These had obviously been packed carefully into the box with lots of brown paper padding. However, upon removing them I found that one of them is cracked on the leaflet container, rendering it useless for outdoor use.
(if you look at the photo, it is the middle one, out of the box with the covering film removed - it was packed like that).

Surely Quality Control would have seen this too!! Customer services say not!!

Unfortunately for me, when I told their customer services representative that the box was perfect, the packaging was perfect, but that the leaflet dispenser was cracked, and that it must have been an oversight on their quality control, and packed with this crack, which isnot easily noticeable, they told me that this was not possible. as thier quality control is perfect without any flaws! I described the box, send photos of the products and was told that it must have been broken in transit. I beg to differ, it is evident and as plain as the day that this was a faulty item packed in error.

The problem here is that they seek compenstion from their shipping contractors and if the fault is not reported to them within 24 hours of the customer receiving their goods, and opening the box and inspecting for damages, AND reporting those damages to UKPOS within that timescale, they will not receive compensation from the shippers, and therefore, penalise me, the customer instead!!

I explained carefully to them, that due to the pandemic and my place of work being closed, the box was received and stored for a period of time, and only when I needed to use these dispensers, have I opened the box.

There is no damage to the box AT ALL.

Despite elevating the complaint to a manager, I have received the same response. A £10 voucher against a product costing £25 plus VAT. Oh, and no doubt I would have to pay for delivery again too......

Surely it would be worth their while to maintain a good customer relationship by absorbing the loss in this instance, sending out a replacement item.
