Very quick to respond to emails and answers the phone first time, every time
Engineer was super helpful & friendly. He explained, when asked, what everything was and how they will solve my issue… in as simple terms as he could so that i, as a non professional, understood!

Very quick turnaround from call, to quote, to works carried out and was very reasonably priced for such a high quality service. Will defo be using again!

Really impressed by the service provided by Harvard Heating from initial contact to the completion of works, to install a new boiler. Call made last Thursday and engineer attended same day and provided a quote. Works commenced the following Wednesday over two days. It was a more complex job than your standard boiler replacement as there is a concealed flue running in the ceiling void for about 7.0 metres. Works done professionally by Bob and Mark to a very high standard. No hesitation in recommending their services. Thanks for the excellent work.

As always, the service was excellent. I had my boiler serviced by Harvard, who had installed it. Same engineer as last year, turned up on time was friendly but respectful, did a good job very happy with the service from Harvard from booking service to the job being done.

My central heating system wasn't working too well following not being used throughout the summer. Two radiators rather cool , especially near the bottom.

I arranged for Harvard Heating Services to take a look, and I must say how impressed I was with their professionalism, efficiency, and courteous manner.

Denzil carried out a power flush on 12th September, and I'm very happy with the results, also the fair price charged. Radiators working perfectly again, and the boiler is purring like a kitten.

I recommend this company 100%, they are excellent.

I am very happy with the service. Despite the complexity of the change over from a standard heating to a megaflow system in 3 floors town house, the installation went smoothly. Bo and his crew are amazing. Professional, competent, honest and friendly. I found Bo's energy, enthusiasm and good communication most reassuring. 5/5 easily!

Underfloor heating specialist Harvard Heating from Belvedere in Kent fitted hot water supplied underfloor heating throughout my home with individual room thermostats and a new bathroom last year great customer service always willing to call back i would recommend them to friend and family
