Well made and seems durable. Looks very attractive and is comfortable. Assembly was straightforward but took some time because of all the careful wrapping! Furniture and cushions are as described. I can recommend.

Excellent furniture, we had plenty of comments already from friends.
There was a problem with some of the plastic feet on the umbrella base, but wow !!! What amazing rapid customer service to rectify it.
Will definitely shop with Lazy Susan again, tasteful and good quality bench, bench cushion cover and umbrella and base

After searching various sites for some quality cast aluminium this seemed to offer the best quality... I'm really not disappointed. Delivered in just a few short days, the quality and finish is brilliant... nice heavy table and base, not moving around in the wind at all even with the parasol up and looks stunning.. The chairs (kate versions at least) are the most comfortable garden chairs we've ever sat in.. nice sturdy robust feel, but contoured in all the right places and lovely and wide.. really even without cushions are really comfortable. recommended 100%..

I bought the Mia table and chairs, very pleased with them. When they came, they were packaged extremely well and the fitting instructions were clear and straightforward.
Unfortunately, the following spring when I moved the table to power wash the patio, one of the legs was damaged. Not sure how this happened, maybe it was a fault in the leg. I decided to contact Lazy Susan who responded immediately, asked me some questions, looked at the photographs I had sent, and advised me they would send me a new leg. This subsequently arrived within a few days and now I have a perfect table again.
The reason for my writing the review is because there are often problems which occur when buying items, especially online. But what sets the competition apart is the way in which these are dealt with.
I would like to say a special thank you to Valentina who dealt with this, she was brilliant.

Second time purchasing from Lazy Susan and I made a mistake not asking for the free samples they sent to ensure colour matches expectations (Web pictures are taken from different lights/angles) . Also some edges were a bit sharp but was easily addressed.

Happy to say matters resolved when I contacted them and I would buy from them again.

The coating started flaking off on the seats of our patio chairs, when they were less than two years old. I made a warranty claim and the Customer Service Team resolved the matter very quickly without any hassle. The service was excellent and they sent a set of replacement chairs out within a few days. After this experience I would be very happy buying from Lazy Susan again.

Poorly made. Two chairs had arms fall off within two months and no refund given without being reboxed. Boxes long gone. Personally I wouldn’t buy these chairs. Table was good tho.
