Ordered a new canopy for a Jeanneau Prestige 34s Hard top. WOW. Its brilliant. So much better than the factory supplied canopy. So many brilliant features. New frame was included and is a vast improvement from the ugly one from factory. Great quality and finish. Fantastic service from my first email.

C & J marine have great customer service, and are very pleasant people to do business with. They sold a sail on our behalf some years ago and the cheque was sent to our old address. We had not informed them of our move. It took just one phone call to sort this matter out and reissue the cheque.

I can't think that there are many firms in the UK who could turn around such a matter in such a polite business like way.

I would highly recommend - they are nice on the phone and answer emails promptly. What more could you ask ?

We have just had all the cushions replaced on our outdoor furniture...it looks amazing with great workmanship, far better than the originals. There was a great selection of quality materials to choose from; we went for a waterproof material.
Emma was great from start to finish, she came round & measured up & even popped back to double check a tricky corner area. She kept us well informed throughout the whole process & even delivered ahead of schedule. Thank you Emma & the C&J Marine team.

I received very good service, they made a replacement hood, which fitted well without any adjustment on my part, wheel and binnacle covers together with a new bimini, Bimini went together like dream, each end of the frame metalwork is marked to identify it to its partner. Later they carried out efficient repairs to the hood which I had manage to damage, (tip keep tensioning straps away from powered winches).

C & J were asked to make and fit a new spray hood and replace the fixing track.
Unfortunately the experience was awful right from the start,
They were unable to drill and tap a few holes to fit the fixing track !

Cancelled the order now as not impressed by there lack of basic skill.

Service , delivery ,quality 100% one fault could be my fault or the original plan ( the two end straps were 2inches short) had local sail maker extend strap all good now Ebenezer Legend 38 now in Lagos Portugal
