Used to be very good, however noticed in the last year or so the Chicken & Beef Tripe boxes that I buy no longer look the same. The contents look to be less chunky, punk and now look far more dark (Tripe heavy) compared to when i first started buying. I understand that costs have gone up, but so has the price of each box.

I also found a bit of bright blue plastic in amongst the meat. I reached out but was shut down by Paleo stating that they found no issue with their suppliers or production.

No longer buying from Paleo and source my dog food from competitors

I started feeding my puppy on this after my first experience with another brand was bulked out with chicken even though it was marketed as something else.
Since switching to Paleo Ridge Poppys skin has cleared up and her coat is lot shinier and healthier. She absolutely loves the various raw meats. Its chunkier than other suppliers, you can really see the meat chunks and it's a far superior product. It's clear to see why they're Number 1 and keep winning.
All the packing is 100% recyclable also. Whats not to love!

We have a Beagle (Oscar) who was very boisterous and couldn't settle on the food as he was fussy and a typical Beagle Diva, we were introduced by our dog trainer to Paleo Ridge and we never looked back. The Border Collie Bruvz have squeaky clean bowls with every meal. The meat is great quality and very succulent. Since being Paleo meats they have fabulous coats, sparkling eyes, fabulous energy and perfect pearly white teeth.
Would highly recommend if you are wanting to feed raw.

UPDATE - Paleo are using some fangtastic eco friendly packaging. We received our order with the new packaging and it kept our nomnoms frozen and delicious for our tummies. The Wool Cool packaging has so many more uses afterwards, no more filling landfills with stuff that causes nasty stuff.
Paleo are always looking at ways to improve their service and they definitely get a paws up from us for all their hard work.

My 17 month BC had a rather sensitive tummy and seemed unable to digest the veg in his raw food diet. So I looked into it and came across Paleo Ridge and decided to give it a go. I was so glad I did all his tummy issue have cleared up! His coat gleams with health we are always getting complimented on how shiny he is.
He is currently in training for doing agility and Paleo Ridge Raw is providing him with all the energy he needs without making him silly.

Shame that Paleo ridge services and customer care isn't the same anymore. It used to be much better before.
Delaying orders many times, package arrived damaged and dog raw food is melted. I hope they understand that exposed melted raw dog food can be fatal.
The simple answer I got from them is that the will collect it back and issue a refund.
They didn't really care if the dog has enough food or not?! I didn't even get any refund. They don't answer the phone during working hours and they don't respond to emails. Really really disappointed with this poor service.

Good quality raw food at a very competitive price. Very quick and efficient web site and delivery. Our dogs love it, in fact it's a race to the freezer when it's chicken feet day. Their coats look healthier, they poop way less. Overall very happy with the food and the effect it has on our pack.
