It was my first time getting this specific treatment and the lady who treated me was incredible kind and knowledgable. She talked me through everything and I felt very at ease. Foot reflexology. Remarkably relaxing experience and always sleep well afterwards. Caroline has a calm and soothing manner and listens to you as an individual, tailoring the treatment.
Deep tissue massage with Beth and Shannon is consistently excellent with strength applied where needed. Regular monthly sessions recommended for full benefit.
