First Class service from Jon at JB Cycles! After discussing how his service works, he collected my bike from my home address and we had a chat about problems that I had noticed. I received a phone call the same day explaining what needed to be fixed and we agreed on a quote. The work was completed the next day and my bike was promptly returned to me. Jon explained what he had done and talked me through my bike, now I know so much more about my bike and he has made me a much more knowledgeable cyclist! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a friendly service and wants to know more about their bike!!!

I am very impressed and amazed by the service offered by JB Cycles/John. John provided me with an exact quote and explained to me exactly what they were going to do.

He constantly updated and if there were any issues he would contact me and inform me about the issue.

He also provided me with very good advice about the different ways that the bike can be improved.

The price was very reasonable. I've had my bike serviced at Halfords and JB Cycles provide a much better service and price.

I would definitely recommend getting your bike repaired/serviced at JB Cycles.
