I paid £4.00 for 24hr delivery. The tool was ordered, via Ebay, on a Saturday, we ignore that day which is fair enough, but it was still not delivered until the following Wednesday. Not 24hrs.
They are unreliable and untrustworthy.
I did have communications with the trader who refused to offer me a refund of the £4.00 I paid for the 24hr delivery, ultimately, she said [by email] it was not their fault if I ordered it on a Saturday. A totally ignorant and uneducated response because, as I said above, I still didn’t get it until the following Wednesday. Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon is over 48hrs.
Not to be trusted and refused to refund my £4.00. It’s a matter of principle and if they cannot be fair with something like this, you have to ask yourself what else will they diddle you over.
