Very informative, friendly and patient staff. The procedure was very quick and I was kept informed and made to feel comfortable throughout. The clinic is lovely and very welcoming and the service is very competitively priced. Great service, definitely recommend.

The results from the first procedure were amazing, my xanthalasmas, which were fairly large, were unrecognizable. I recently re-visited the clinic for a second procedure, which I was given for half price as it was booked within 3 month of the first. Once again the service was friendly, professional and I always felt as though I was in safe and capable hands. Worth every penny, including the long journey from Devon. Would continue to recommend.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only am I finally pain-free from a large, painful pilar cyst, but every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. Being a germaphobe, I immensely appreciated how clean and sterile the place was. The surgeon and nurse were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, making me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick and entirely painless.

Doctor Kittel and the team were amazing. I went in a first time to remove a big painful mole on my back and it went so well that I came back a second time to remove a lot more. Doctor Kittel was fast and efficient and he removed more than I expected and I am so grateful for that. He was so gentle, telling me at each step what he does and making sure I am comfortable. The nurses were also amazing in helping him clean and put plasters on the lessons so he could continue on removing more moles. I felt so safe in their hands and they were incredibly nice. I never felt any pain, the injections feel like tiny scratches and there was no pain after the anesthesia went away as well. They also provide very detailed after care instructions. At the end you go into this recovery room, they give you a cookie and water or tea and the doctor come in to check I was doing OK and I was happy with how it went. Have no words to express how lucky I am I found this clinic by chance on a Google search. The clinic is very clean and modern, everything is just wow. Thank you everyone at the clinic,I'll recommend you to everyone I know

I had a procedure to remove a lump from my forehead about ten days ago. I was nervous and spent many weeks researching which surgery I should go with. I am very glad to have chosen Dr Kittel. The initial appointment was very helpful, and Dr Kittel was very clear in explaining the procedure and answering my questions. My GP had recommended a scan and Dr Kittel insisted on waiting for the results before any procedure, which showed me he was careful and cautious. The procedure itself was a breeze - quick, painless, and actually a very relaxed environment. All the nurses and staff were also very welcoming and friendly. My post-surgery recovery has gone very smooth so far and the aftercare instructions provided were useful and clear. I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Dr Kittel's practice and am glad I chose him for this procedure..

I'm very satisfied with Dr. Kittel’s work. I had a small operation on my hand, the removal of three moles on my back, and the removal of a few skin tags. Everything went very smoothly. From the initial call to the actual operation, the process was quick. After two weeks, everything seems to have healed properly. I appreciate how Dr. Kittel’s office communicates and explains everything clearly. If only other practices were like this one.
