Well we decided to support our local butcher. Am I glad we did. I have been an expert in Fillet steak for over 50 years in many countries but his steaks were the best. I marinade the steaks for about 5 days in wine and Teriaki sauce. We had two steaks for valentine's day, absolutely amazing. Soft sweet and easily digested. We als bought a Fillet 'tail' and made a beeef wellington with a filler of cooked chopped mushrooms and pate wrapped in Tescos puff pastry, it was amazing. Thank you Mr Colias for perfect meals
