Bought a great log cabin delivered as promised within 10 weeks of ordering which is good at the moment. The quality of the product is good. I chose to self build as I needed to save some money and this product is relatively easy to build. However the support from the manager was disappointing. When I needed to clarify some things that were not clear on the instructions he did not know the answer and stated that they offer minimal support because they offer a build service. In addition a few of the logs were wrong but when I queried this I was told it would take 48 hrs to rectify however I was half way through the build and needed to make the shed water tight. I paid a lot of money for the shed and would have expected far more assistance. I have to say that the working team who deliver the sheds and the sales team at Bourne End were very helpful and took pride in the product.

Excellent product at a great price. I’ve recently had a log cabin put up in my garden to use as a home office / home pub / den for the kids. Multi use! Really happy with the cabin it’s high quality and very well priced. The service and advice at the centre was great. Jack and Steve then did a first class job with the installation, they fitted a solid base, erected the cabin, installed insulation, fitted the floor and carpet tiles for me, as well as recommending a local electrician to run power. They offered great advice throughout and could not have been more helpful in ensuring the project went smoothly. I don’t normally bother with reviews but these guys are excellent. Thanks!

Great easy to work with vendor from start to erection on-site. You can either visit their shop front and order onsite, or call their local number and order over the phone.
Despite the pandemic they delivered when they said they would and erected our new shed exactly to what was quoted. We’ve already sent several family members to them for sheds knowing they’re going to be well looked after.

We had our shed delivered June 2012. due to three of the panels being damaged and needing replacing the shed didn't go up until October. We assembled it ourselves. They promised us instructions on 7 different occasions. we were told they would post them, never came. then they said they'd email them. Never came. and they said they are in the post. still waiting...
The door of the shed does not close properly. it was too small for the space when it was wet. now it has dried out it doesn't even lock. I've tried to speak to someone about it. they said the service people would call me to discuss it, there would be a charge as its out of it's three month warrenty (we never could've put the shed up in that time due to all the damage!!!). never did. i called back. they said email pictures and they'd call me about it. guess what? never called and when i called again today they had no idea but told me basically tough luck. nothing they will do about it.

We found the company to be very unhelpful and never returned any of our phone calls. When we did manage to get hold of someone we were always told different things. Wouldn't use them again due to the customer service

Have used these guys twice. First time was fine. 2nd time, they sent me not enough logs and then had to go and collect some more, 80 mile round trip, only to find the logs were bent when I got home. The owner offered a refund if I returned them. Quotes all these consumer laws to get out of actually helping out a customer for the faulty goods he sold me. Sounded like he had a lot of complaints with all the knowledge he spouted.Told him to forget it and don't know how he has any customers. Retailers can get away with such shoddy service compared to their industries. Also their installers are not very good . Turned up without the right tools and another log was bent but they still put it up.Avoid this outfit. They got told they were going to Reading and I live another 20 miles further on.

Requested a quote and gave specs for needed room. Despite chasing up never got any call back or quote or anything.
Staff onside were friendly but the actual quote had to be done "by the boss" who didnt answer calls or return messages.
Ordered from alternative supplier in the end who both gave quotes and answered calls.

Bought two sheds from these guys 10 years ago still going strong and just bought a large summerhouse, install was very smooth and took two days and a lot of coffee 😉 recommend jack and Steve for install and Andy for the cabin.

The 2 workman that showed up were very helpful. 2 wrong parts were delivered which they rectified swiftly for us. Once correct parts arrived again very helpful, professional and polite.
