we are currently renovating our house and had the best service from Callum in Guildford. He has been extremely helpful and patient with selecting the products, arranging delivery so it would meet our work schedule, etc. The delivery driver is so polite and arrived on time. it has been a pleasure to work with them.

We used Graham Plumbing when installing a new bathroom at my flat. The store has a showroom attached and they have a good selection of bathroom items which can be viewed on site. Although it is early days, the bathroom furniture seems to be of good quality and reasonably priced. Callum was very helpful in taking us through what was available and ensured all items were delivered on time ready for fitting. Would be happy to recommend.

The other Graham branch locally wernt answering the phone so I gave the Guildford branch call and spoke to Callum. He did a stock check in my local branch and help Liaise with the customer getting his water back on spot on thanks

Had an issue with a 10 year old Ideal Standard Concept toilet and concealed cistern, for which the parts had been discontinued. Callum McKeague at Graham’s Plumber’s Merchants on Cathedral Hill Industrial Estate not only researched and sourced the replacement parts but constantly keep me aware of the progress of the delivery and when there was issues, immediately notified me.
