Saffron managed the design and fitting of our new kitchen in May. Our existing kitchen was very outdated and missing some key appliances due to space constraints. Bryan listened to our needs and produced a design that made better use of the limited space, and was in keeping with the house.

The project was managed really well by the Saffron team, and even when we were out of the country, work proceeded without incident. Saffron took responsibility for coordinating with our own tradespeople for decorating etc.

Having a kitchen fitted is very disruptive, but Saffron made the process much easier. All issues were resolved quickly, and we love our new kitchen!!

We engaged Saffron Interiors to replace our kitchen doors/ drawer fronts, facia panels, end panels and kick boards.

Our initial engagement with Bryan Frew (Lead Designer) gave us a lot of confidence in the company and Bryan made some great suggestions which provided an aesthetically pleasing door layout compared to our original setup. The level of communication was excellent throughout the entire process with queries answered promptly and clearly, and we were regularly updated on progress.

Regarding the installation itself, Max the installer is an absolute superstar. He is a very tidy and methodical worker and showed great respect for our property, both inside and out. Often when tradesmen are around there is sawdust everywhere but not on this job. From the start Max is obviously a detail man and ensured doors were aligned and flush, the installation was to the highest standard.

Even when Max identified a minor production issue with the dishwasher panel, Saffron Interiors were straight onto it to get a new panel ordered, no quibble, no drama.

We are absolutely delighted with our refurbished kitchen. It does appear rare to find this consistently high level of customer service these days but based on our experience with the Saffron Interiors team we had no hesitation in proving a 5+++ star recommendation.

Having dealt with Saffron a few times in the past for smaller pieces of work, we were comfortable with choosing them for a full kitchen refit.

The entire process was very smooth, from design and specification through to fitting and completion. There were one or two inevitable niggles along the way, but these were dealt with professionally and promptly. After several months visiting the larger kitchen suppliers, I happened upon Saffron. They gave me a comparison quote which was certainly still within budget. The team took time to listen to what we wanted, put together a 3D plan and offered suggestions to make the design exciting.

The quality of cabinets was excellent, as was the choice of styles for doors and worktops. There seemed to be something for every budget – I thought the lower end of Saffron’s range was a better finish than the upper end for other retailers.

They sent a schedule through of what would happen and when so we were informed at every stage. Installation was again excellent – our fitter Max had to accommodate some meters into the cupboards which he did beautifully.

What makes Saffron different? The care and attention they take with planning, the craftsmanship and the flexibility to supply non-standard items (eg build a surround for tall cabinets to sit within).
