I'm sending a letter complaint as such applied for pension crefit in 2023 May originally and said paid service charge and ground rent received letter getting threw got apologythat wasent notified to send details and breakdown 2 mths later never heard rang wasnjust told case closed and no explanation or letter received

Wouldn't even get one star from me! How does anybody ever get through to these people! Tried calling on various days at various times and just sit on hold hour after hour. Very poor customer service.

This processing centre cannot even do their simple job and scan documents sent from pensioners living abroad . Newcastle had to telephone me to finish filling out the last two pages as the wolverhampton office sent so poorly scanned forms they could not read the scvanned info . What and who are these people that cannot do a simple job of scanning forms properly . I also suspect they are innificent as after three letters and forms I still am struggling to get any replies after 3 months + . No doubt it is a tin pot company privately used that is poor in performance . You have to put how many stars above you cannot put none which is what I really want to give ....? G R Ward .
