Called in here while out for a ride.
The carpark is behind the cafe but you have to drive through a yard with small commercial units to get to it.
The service and the food were good and the cafe had a good atmosphere.
There is inside and outside seating.

Such a shame!

Previously given the coffee shop a 5 star review and visited frequently but after my last visit I have changed my review. The food has definitely worsened in quality which isn’t great, especially considering it is now more expensive. Food and drinks took a while, would have been nice to know in advance as we had children with us. The attention to detail and presentation has drastically changed too which is such a disappointment as I previously considered this one of the top coffee shops in the forest. Some of the staff I recognised from being there a few years were lovely but other staff not so much.

This is an excellent cafe and local community asset, not expensive and very good service. Its busy and yet we had great service. It's useful if walking the local routes, it's got a covered smoking area and grass area for outside eating, with dog bowl and bike stand, convenient for the Gloucestershire Way walk and definitely worth a visit.

Popped in for lunch. Really friendly staff, and loved the sports decor on the walls! We had a toasted sandwich and a baguette, both of which were delicious and nicely presented.

What a lovely Coffee Shop, I would call tea room as I don't drink coffee. All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The food was good, and well priced, lovely milkshake. We went upstairs to where it was decorated as a sixties diner, with a great view, Brilliant. Would highly recommend a visit.

Whilst staying locally we visited The Coffee Shop in Bream 4 times, for coffee, breakfast, lunch and then an evening meal. The food is good and great value and the owners/staff are very friendly and welcoming. The café is very nicely decorated inside, particularly upstairs which is like a fifties diner, or you can sit outside at the trestle tables. There is a great view across towards the Forest of Dean. There is a car park at the rear if required. Highly recommended.
