I purchased a Mig 180 4 years ago and it has worked perfectly until three days ago. I called R-Tech and spoke to Ben who arranged for my welder to be collected the next day. They have assessed the fault and repaired it. I had a call from Ben advising that it had been repaired and that he would arrange for it to be returned to me tomorrow. This is without doubt the very best customer service I have ever experienced and all completed under warranty with no cost to me. A massive thank you to Ben and the whole team at R-Tech. If only there were more stars to award! I have no hesitation in recommending R-Tech to anyone looking for a quality welder.

After reading so many fantastic reviews about this company and there after sales service i decided I would up grade my mig welder. I received my package yesterday and I have checked the contents and all present and no damage.

I have yet to try the welder but I am not worried with 5 years warranty and a great company like RTEC there is nothing to worry about.

I purchased a r-t mig180sg fantastic welder should have purchased one of these inverter mig long time ago off R -Tech it is a treat to use it came in a proper secure box good on you well built quality machine would recommend these top grade machines . my previous purchase R-Tech inverter arc inverter is still going strong after about 7 year spot on Dealer

Excellent service and advice. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in my lifetime. A rarity in this day and age. I ordered the MIG-180 which arrived the next day. It was packaged very well. The machine is robustly built with obvious care to quality. It functions as well as a beginner like me can determine. It's clear from my experience why the R-tech machines are so popular with the local crowd. Highly recommended!

Incorrect weld plant delivered. Had to wait in for a swap. But they only delivered. So stuck with wrong plant for ages. Customer service apology was 1 tungsten ?. And free delivery on some extra items I needed (which would.of came with the correct plant delivery)!!. The guy then went to ask for my card details . I then had to remind him about their own discount code ?. I read a lot about how good the service was but on my occasion it was a shambles

I have left a couple of good reviews about Rtech before regarding fast delivery and customer service but they have surpassed themselves now. I have had my Mig 180 welder for just over 5 years, used it a lot and very happy with it. A week ago there was a very loud noise and it stopped working. Called Rtech and despite being out of warranty they paid for postage back to them, repaired it, the main circuit board had blown, and returned it to me all within 3 days. I can't thank them enough. What excellent service. If I need to upgrade or require welding consumables I know where I will get them from. Thanks Rtech 10 /10. Dave.
