A 5 year guarantee, that means absolutely nothing ! After just a few months, our mixer valve cartridge started leaking, and apparently MX "have no stock" to replace it despite continuing to sell the shower to unsuspecting customers. BERNARD ROBINSON of Upton-on-Severn you should be ashamed of your yourself. Successful businesses are built on great customer service, not weasel-words and broken promises.

ordered shower tray as trade order, was told they be dispatched in 8 weeks, i waited in total 14 weeks, then get told the tray are not ready. and they said they don't know when they will be dispatched. and that a different department handle enquires. DO NOT ORDER AND BELIVE THEY WILL BE READY 4-8 WEEKS. ASK what there back log is 78,000 +

Unable to provide warranty replacement shower cartridge and no attempt to resolve the situation. Shower valve only 3 months old with a 5 year warranty. Be wary of purchasing as the warranty appears to carries no value. MX group knew that the valve stuck open and we had no running water. Very poor customer service.

Supplied a faulty Shower Tray - via Graham plumber Merchants then washed their hands. We are currently threatening legal action - what happened to Customer Service? We will let the court decide if necessary - and update

Amazing shower and power I have the mx qi 9.5kw it's better than mira and all other brands had and like a power shower as all other showers electric I've had are not powerful at all but was really surprised and happy with MX highly recommended
