I cannot rate Jay highly enough. Not only did he give us fantastic advice on our mortgage and got us the best rate possible, but he explained the whole process from start to finish in a clear and easy to understand manner. Jay was also heavily committed to the whole process of buying/selling the house, offering insightful advice on offers and negotiating prices, talking to the agents, solicitors and making sure everything was taken care of.

When we started looking for a new home we were messed around by a few companies and I tried Chris from Bredon finance. I had met chris a few times before and what a blessing he was. Our circumstances changed during the purchase of the new house, the house we wanted fell through then at the last few weeks we struggled to get everything together ready to remortgage the house. Even though things were chaotic chris was well put together assured us all would be ok and kept us in the loop and even chased solicitors on our behalf. Today we are still looking for a home and will be calling on chris to get us the best deal possible. Thankyou chris for everything even though I think most people who charge more would have done half the work you did for us. Well be calling you as soon as we find our next home thankyou.
