As with many house moves, from our side there were some last minute administrative issues, but Jennie in the office did everything she could to help us book and complete our move as smoothly as possible. Matt and the team arrived spot on 8am. They spent time walking around checking exactly what we wanted, something I have never found with other removal firms, and with good humour and great attention to detail efficiently completed the job. These guys are absolutely amazing! We moved across Tunbridge Wells and they gave a decent quote (similar price to two others we had) and were so helpful throughout. From Sara who did house visit, Jennie who dealt with our invoice etc and Matt who led the team on the day - we felt in safe hands.

Turned up 08:15 and had us moved in and left by 12:00! Polite, good sense of humour and very hard working team of three.

Now, I don’t really want to move again any time soon, but when we do we will be going back to Hendley as they were top notch today! ?

I can very confidently recommend Hendley Removals: the two men (Brett and Jake) were punctual, courteous and packed my house contents with great care and attention. They disassembled my bed which I had been unable to do alone; they gave me two extra boxes free of charge to store large mirrors and paintings in which I had been unable to pack; they even waited whilst I returned some spanners to a neighbour. Relocating to York from Tunbridge Wells, they arrived promptly the following morning at the storage unit and even ensured that the order in which the furniture and boxes were stored was convenient for me to access items whilst in storage.
