Rich and his team at Print Ready are brilliant! As a business I have used them many times over the last 4 years and I have had nothing but professional, exceptional service from them.

This is our second time using Print Ready. We are a small start up and run drama camps for children. We had some jumpers printed for the kids and immediately got loads more orders. On our next order, half the jumpers were printed incorrectly so I double checked the wording on the email to make sure there could be no mistake. Not only were there no mistakes in the wording, but print ready had actually replied to doublecheck what we wanted.

This has meant that only half of our orders could be filled at the time we said and our other members (all children) will have to be disappointed. When I contacted Richard he agreed to rectify the problem by agreeing to print me new jumpers that would ‘hopefully’ be ready the next day but there was no guarantee that would happen. I was also told that I needed to return the jumpers that were incorrect. Print ready wanted to use them as samples and it would be better and more convenient if I could bring them back. After expressing my disappointment at this response and the lack of concern for the mistake they had made and the inconvenience that the second trip to them would cause me, Richard agreed to deliver the jumpers himself and take away the incorrect ones.

We are really disappointed and the only form of compensation we have been offered is an apology and the possibility of a discount on our next order ‘providing it’s a large order.’
Print Ready also said that the reason for the mistake was that they had been busy…

At present, our next order of 76 jumpers will be probably be placed with Shirt Works Oxford. Bad all round really and if you’re looking for great customer care and professional service, I’d look somewhere else.

UPDATE

Richard’s next email stated ‘we understand your frustration but mistakes do happen.’ And that made us feel lots better… honest.

ANOTHER UPDATE!!
So, after print ready correct the mistake that they made, they then sent us ANOTHER email n live for the full amount that we’d already paid! When I informed Richard of this, he said I’d need to pay it or he’d take me to court. We have the documentation proving that it’s already been paid so are looking forward to our day in court!

Although it was a small job, Print Ready had it sorted out within 24 hours. Initially, dealt with Gemma in their Witney showroom but contacted by Ryan. Both very friendly and super helpful. Job was done to a high quality. First time I used them and definitely would recommend.

Update: 4/10/22: Once again, great job. A small job but turned around very quickly and professionally. Really friendly people.
