I am very disappointed.
I had no proper information given what wilding process can couse on my cooper knobs.
A slightly color changing near the are they work on. I was expected only this after consultation.
Full color changed (I think that will be possible to restore) and massive damage around some point on the circle plate what will leave a gap in between the plate and door.
