Used to be great when Clive ran the company. Unfortunately now it has been sold prices have been increased and customer service has gone down. Prices for new fire extinguishers were not communicated properly and charged higher than quoted. Disposal fees charged which were not communicated at all. Due to pricing issues requested collection of new fire extinguishers and management have refused and threatened legal action. Service engineer having failed to provide correct pricing then signed service document. I would avoid at all costs and use a reputable company who understands good customer service.
