Fantastic service, they came to fix my window as it was not shutting properly due to the hinges giving out. They went over and beyond getting this fixed and also was open to questions about a few other things regarding another part of the house. Could not recommend them enough, thanks again.

What a brilliant family business. From my initial telephone conversation with a lovely lady in the office to meeting Andy in the shop. I had a mirror which was very precious to me and needed it to be recut to remove a crack and some surface damage. I watched a real master of his trade at work. I walked away with my mirror now looking as good as new, which I had never expected. Thank you so much.

Had our front door replaced with AG glass a few weeks ago. Andy came out and measured up whist we were in the process of purchasing the house. He was extremely helpful and helped us find our perfect front door. Every time I have spoken to either Andy or Trudie in the office they have always been helpful and very knowledgeable. Their fitting team did a very neat and tidy job. Other than the fact the door had been replaced you wouldn’t have known they had been, they tidied up after themselves and left everything clean and tidy. Fantastic service from a local small family business.

We asked Andy to have a look at our front windows to see if anything could be done about the road noise - we live on the A120 and the traffic is generally heavy most of the time.
He and his son duly arrived and suggested we replace the hinges on some of the windows for a better fit, and if that didn't reduce the noise enough he advised us to replace the units with acoustic glass.
The hinges did make some difference, but we went for the replacement units as well.
Andy and Hayden arrived yesterday and carried out the work in good time and in truly professional manner. They cleaned up afterwards and told us to get in touch if there were any issues.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The advice was spot on and we had the quietest night in the house that we have had since we moved in eleven years ago.
You will not be disappointed by A G Glass.
