Have used this company for many years and had lots of work done by them. Little did I know the company had changed hands, which they kept quiet. I had trouble from start to finish on this last purchase, reading my messages and just not replying, we got this sorted. So I sent over some detailed drawings of what I wanted made, no problems they said. So i gave them the go ahead to do the work. Paid and delivered, I take the items out the box try the new cooler on and it doesn’t fit in the hole, it’s to big. I measure the cooler to find out it’s 5mm bigger than the drawings I sent in. Contacted the and all I got was a load of poor excuses and no solutions. I have now washed my hands of them as they’re not the same company they used to be!!
