Extremely poor as others have said. Bought a robovac which was listed as brand new and repackaged.

On receiving the item it was damaged, dirty everywhere, bits of food in the box, dirty water marks and pet hair. It also smelt bad. Clearly a heavily used 2nd hand product.

What's funny is they put a sticker on the box claiming it to be new and repackaged... even a blind person would know this is not new or anywhere near new.

Pending a refund, claim raised with PayPal

PLEASE AVOID!

Returned the item - they told me to use the Yodel service however yodel wouldn't accept it as over 10kg. In the end, they arranged collection and it was delivered to them the next day. Now they are saying they haven't received the item so cannot refund. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Managed to get a refund through PayPal luckily.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Carmen has provided shocking customer service. Argued with me saying that the courier attempted delivery, which they did not. We were in all day and have security camera footage showing that no delivery was attempted. When I sent over proof of this she said she was cancelling the order. Absolutely horrific service. Judging by the other reviews, I am not the only one who has had a poor service.

Ordered a new Lawnmower, upon arrival i opened it to find this inside. i was mortified, i tried ringing straight away was on hold for 32 minute's dont know how much that will be on my phone bill. however no reply hung up, have emailed to no avail, so got in touch with Paypal i am so pleased i purchased it through them, i have sent photos of my New item. i am awaiting outcome. Why advertise a New Lawnmower when it clearly isnt a New one as seen in pictures, my old one is in better condition than this, and it is 24 years old.

Never received a tracking number with the shipping confirmation, I emailed customer service who said they'd look into it but never heard back.

The carpet cleaner was delivered a day late even though they claim next day shipping if ordered before 1pm, i ordered on Wednesday at 2pm and the item was delivered on Saturday(should have been delivered on Friday per their shipping claims).

I purchased a new carpet cleaner (Brand new item that may have suffered from slight packaging damage - 1 Year Guarantee per their description) and this unit had been evidently used and returned by someone else.
The plastic bag that the main unit was in was full of soap and water and a return sticker on one of the water tanks said reason for return is electric shock!

Due to my experience with customer service i just went ahead and filed a resolution with Paypal and i was refunded within 48 hours without any email from the seller to acknowledge their error. It then took another 5 days of back and forth with customer service emails to get a return ticket, you are lucky to get one email reply per 24 hours.

The only reason i gave 2 stars is because my refund was issued promptly but all in all i would not use this company again. Be sure to use Paypal or another well protected payment method if you take a chance on ordering from them.

Vax sent me a faulty product and they are sending it back here, but no one answers the phone and I want to find out if they are repaired and then vax resell them, hense why I was sold a faulty machine by vax

I ordered an iron and a mixer. I did not receive any confirmation emails. The parcel arrived after I reported the problem to paypal. Anyway, I received only the iron and it was a second hand one, with still water inside and packed in a plastic bag. No mixer in the box. .
Pay attention: they use the name "direct vacuums" and advertise a very positive rate on trust pilot, but this company seems a scam
