After I placed an order and paid, it turned out that they don't have the product in stock and I have to wait between 6-8 weeks. For small part £6.60 + £12.98 delivery , you have to deliver next day. And aren't you ashamed to take money when you don't have the stock. I won't wait for you for 2 months, and I want my money back!

Appalling prices for La Canche parts, Complete rip off.
Our repair company charged £68.50 for our grill element.
You have it advertised for £167.00
PLUS Vat taking it to £200... what a total rip off. Your a disgrace for ripping people off. Nearly forgot your carriage on top of that.. awful.

Brilliant company to work with. I ordered spare parts for my Smeg oven and one part was correct the second wasn't. When i spoke to the Company they were very apologetic and onto getting me the correct part. straightaway. So nice to deal with an honest trustworthy company. I will def use them again. Wholly recommend working with them.
