Amazing service today. I needed a single 8mm torx socket, which they did not have in stock . The gentleman removed one from a very expensive socket set and sold it to me, saying he would order a new one to go back into the set. This was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much!

I purchased a car battery. it failed after less than a year.. it came with a 3 year warranty. I took it back to claim on warranty. The staff never got back to me as promised. i had to do all if the chasing. still waiting for my refund after over 2 weeks. about this company. i will never use again!! worst company I have ever dealt with. . They have stolen £130 from me... i will be taking them to the small claims court!
