I found a problem after disassembling my oil pump. I sent an email late at night Australian time and got a reply in less the 30mins. After getting some advice I was able to check a few more things and with a few more emails the pump was all fixed and back in my race car. Absolutely fantastic service.

AT Power products are great. The reason for my two star review is I feel their customer service needs to improve. In Nov 2019 I was given a price via email for a part. This had nothing to say it was conditional or only valid for 30 days. I recently went to order said parts Feb 2020 only to be told the cost was no longer valid and the cost now would be double. They do not seem to care about loosing customers and are not willing to honour prices they quote.

35'c heat today. Day 2 of record breaking temps.
Had to deliver a item to this company in my truck and very polite gentle asked if I would like a bottle of water or a cold can of fizz.
Took the can of course 🙂 Really nice touch from the man and he should be recognised for that. Little goes a long way.
