Excellent job - were flexible and came quickly to replace broken shower. Their guys fitted it quickly with minimal mess, leaving the bathroom clean and tidy, taking away packaging and rubbish. Very reasonable cost for work well done, and easy to pay on credit card at no extra cost. Will def be using again and highly recommend!

RE:
Since google for privacy reason won't allow me to include a screen shot with email addresses included, I've redacted the addresses from the screenshot to remove "at", "co" and "uk". Not sure if it's going to appear but the email was sent on Wed the 9th of Oct at 7:45am directly to the email listed of A1 Services Website.

Just to respond to the owner's response, the website up until recently did have them listed as Intergas certified installers, I've included a screenshot of the response. And I did call but as there was no response, I followed it up with a second email (screenshot also attached).

Also just to clarify, this review is by no means questioning the quality of the work they deliver. I'm sure they do a very good job based on other reviews I've seen. It's about communication instead.

Would be helpful to get a reply even if it is to say that they can't accommodate. Had them listed on the Intergas Boiler website as Intergas Certified installers (not many of those around) in Oxford so contacted the first time through Intergas Web Form on 25/09/2024 and got an automatic reply to say they've received the query and will get back asap, no response. Emailed the second time directly on the 09/10/2024, never heard back.

We were also going to query and get quotations about other works we were having done as part of a major house refurb including getting a new bathroom put in but maybe it was for the best as wouldn't want to be talking to a no response mailbox whilst managing a major project.

Fitted a brand new bathroom, tiled the walls and floors, installed a new water tank and even tiled the kitchen floor too (as it had recently been damaged). A good value bathroom, simple but smart, exactly what we wanted as we hope to sell the flat in the next year. Bob is extremely experienced and did a great job.
