I’d never choose anyone over A2B payments. When opening my first business, the first thing I noticed was there’s a distinct amount of sharks out there all wanting to get your money and lie through their teeth to get it. I found Matt at A2B to be consistently honest and mainly always contactable. Even out of hours, Matt has been there for my business as a point of contact. Dealt with Paul Metcalfe from A2B Solutions Ltd after my previous contract came to an end. Got a great deal and he made to whole process seamless. He's also at the end of the phone should I need help or advice, not that I've had to call him as had no issues. Would definitely recommend.

I made the switch over to a2b around 4 weeks ago, during that time Lewis Dollin has made the process so smooth and effortless. He’s delivered everything that he promised he would, and more to be honest. He helped me set up my 2 full new till systems and also pointed me in the right direction to terminate my previous contract with a very high charging company. He is always on hand to answer a phone call instead of waiting in a queue for customer services. All in all, I would highly recommend Lewis and A2b payments.

The service was extremely disappointing. Jamie Morris initially assured us that he would handle the buyout of our existing contract. However, after we signed up, we were told we would have to buy ourselves out, with a promise of reimbursement that has yet to materialize. Furthermore, the till and payment system, advertised as a full table ordering system, fails to send orders to the kitchen, forcing us to deliver them manually – a significant waste of time.
