Nice gym! Great equipment and something to for every work out. Only negatives are no water fountains and won’t give out WiFi.

Member since they opened Dec '17. If you're looking for a independent gym that also boasts the best range of up-to-date equipment in the area, then I would highly recommend joining Ab Salute Gym. Plenty of cardio and resistance machines, free-weights (for both hardcore trainers and those wanting to get and stay toned) and an adequate mat area, too. But if that's not enough, consider this - It is also the most affordable gym around, too!

The best gym in the area for equipment by far. Its got lots of deadlift platforms/squat racks, a few benches and loads of machines. Cardio stuff upstairs too which all looks good. Like all gyms it gets busy at peak times but generally there is enough equipment to get on with your workout without a wait. Quite clean as well.

I am a Member at Chelmsford Absalute gym and thought of venture out to ofter Absalute gyms. This gym was Nice quite spacious with 2 floors it was quite but I was ok with that. It has changing rooms a sunbed and a massage room downstairs No sauna steam room only Chelmsford has those facilities. Overall good gym ?️‍♀️

We were impressed with how much choice there was to use.Also noticed the weights were being put back after use unlike in Chelmsford.The lady at the front Kelly was so helpful with a smile.Will be using Braintree branch again.

Decent gym. I don't think I've ever had to wait for any machines ever. 6 squat racks. Probably the best place in Braintree. Staff seem to know what their doing all the time.

I wish the music suited the demographic a bit more though. Either it's hardcore rap or you feel like your at a pride festival with the weird dance music. And you can't drown it out with your own music.

More songs with a decent guitar ? riffs please.
